Case Study - An integrated operations platform for education management

Overview

Yildirim Bilgi Merkezi is an education organization with multiple branches, instructors, and student cohorts. Before this engagement, their institutional presence was basic, and the operational side — enrollment, scheduling, performance tracking, and branch management — was handled through a patchwork of manual processes and disconnected tools.

The challenge was not simply to build a website, but to design an operational system that reflects how the organization actually works: hierarchical branch structures, role-based access for administrators, teachers, and students, and integrated measurement and evaluation workflows.

What we built

yilven designed and developed a unified platform that serves both public-facing and internal operational needs:

The institutional layer handles the organization's public presence, providing information about branches, programs, and enrollment. The operations layer manages the core workflows: student-teacher assignments, branch-level administration, scheduling, and assessment processes.

The system is built around role-based access control, ensuring that each user — whether an administrator, branch manager, instructor, or student — sees exactly the tools and data relevant to their role. Measurement and evaluation workflows are integrated directly into the platform, replacing spreadsheet-based tracking with structured, auditable processes.
