The product thesis centers on creating a digital operating layer for logistics teams working across fragmented planning, dispatch, fleet, and delivery processes — transforming reactive operations into structured, intelligent execution.

Backend architecture for an AI-enabled translation platform

Aicoor needed a technically capable partner to build the backend systems for Transleyt, a product combining AI-powered translation, OCR, and media processing. The challenge was designing infrastructure that could support complex processing pipelines while remaining maintainable and scalable.

yilven developed the backend architecture using Python, PostgreSQL, and Docker — building the processing pipelines, API layer, and data management systems that form the technical backbone of the application.

Optimizing delivery operations through decision analytics

E-Bebek needed to optimize delivery operations across a complex, mixed-fleet routing environment with tight time windows and operational constraints. Existing planning was manual and inconsistent, leading to higher costs and longer routes than necessary.

yilven designed and built a decision support system centered on a Gurobi-based MILP optimization model, supported by a Genetic Algorithm heuristic in Python. The system delivered measurable improvements: 15-25% cost reduction and 11-22% distance reduction across tested scenarios.

The optimization system gave us a structured, data-driven approach to route planning that replaced guesswork with analytical clarity — and the cost savings were immediate.

Rebuilding search infrastructure and mobile foundations for Hiperkitap

Hiperkitap needed a faster, more relevant search experience for its catalog and a modern mobile presence across both Android and iOS. The existing search was underperforming, and mobile capabilities were limited.

yilven rebuilt the search engine using Elasticsearch for improved relevance and performance, and established the foundations of a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter — creating a scalable base for continued product development.
